RIVER DART PADDLING WEEKENDFebruary 24th-26th 2012 Friday -Sunday Hi all, Due to the amazing success of the last DART trip in 2010 I am organising the same trip again on the above dates. We just need to pray for rain this time as the October 2011 one had to be cancelled at the last minute due to lack of water! A Great Social and Fun weekend, with plenty of paddling to help you back into the winter river paddling season. NOTE: Anybody needing to use club equipment will need to reserve their choice with Kate to ensure they get the craft they want. Club boats and kit hire fee MUST be paid before the weekend at normal club weekend rates. On this weekend we plan to paddle trips on slow moving easy water and also the loop for more experienced paddlers. The weekend should be a great social opportunity too as we’re staying at the River Dart country park. Sorry but due to the risk element of paddling on moving water this Weekend is restricted to over 14`s only! (under 18s will need a nominated adult paddler that will be responsible for them throughout the weekend) Cost £50 per head include: Dorm Accommodation Breakfast (Sat & Sun) The restuarant is open and will be serving evening meals for a very reasonable cost.
