Hi all. Lots happening this weekend.

On Saturday evening we will be having our final pool session for the winter so come along and get wet in the warm for one more time.

On Sunday morning there is a training session being held at the canoe club.

The 3 hour practical session is designed for paddlers and will teach you how to
understand the most common injuries,

and in particular muscle problems associated with paddlesport.

Please see the attachment and get in touch with Dan to book your place.
